Wahine Kai
Women's Surf Club

About

Wahine Kai Surf Club is a non-profit organization, dedicated to connecting women who love to surf, or want to learn.

It all began in 2004 with a desire to bring more women together to surf, inspire each other, and encourage each other on our surfing journey. Wahine Kai is Hawaiian for "Women of the Sea" which is what we are. As we continue to grow, we are proud to have most of our original members from our very first meet-up still in the club.

Our Vision

Our members are a diverse and accepting group of women, with one collective vision: a love of surfing and the sea.  All members can improve their surfing and technique with the help of other members and participate in our fun events and celebrations. The purpose of the organization is to have fun surfing together as women while creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Locations

With Chapters in Orange County/Los Angeles, San Diego County, San Francisco Bay Area, New England, and St. Augustine, Florida...you'll have friends to surf with on every coast!
